TELUS Health CBT is an internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program that you can access from any device, anytime and anywhere. Cognitive behavioural therapy is one of the most effective forms of therapy. You will learn to understand, recognize, and change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so you can start feeling better.
During your program, you will work through activities and exercises that lead to meaningful changes in your mindset. You are not alone – CBT provides ongoing support from a dedicated therapist.

Answer questions about how you’re feeling and what’s on your mind (5-10 minutes). Choose your therapist and select a time to have your first appointment.

Download the app or use the web version to get familiar with CBT and set some goals.

Connect by phone or video to meet your therapist. At this point, your therapist will recommend the program that’s right for you.

Go through the program’s content at your own pace. It contains activities, videos, and assignments to help you learn about yourself, your triggers, and ways to cope.

You’re not alone on your mental health journey. Your dedicated therapist will be there every step of the way – you can ask questions and seek support at any time. They will also check in with you. You decide the frequency (whether often or just a few times) and how to connect (phone, video, or messaging).
